Bartosz Chmielnicki

Bartosz Chmielnicki, MD, has been practicing acupuncture since 2004.  Together with Dr Michal Richter  he created a centre for natural therapies  –  Compleo and Silesian Academy of Acupuncture  –  Compleo. He was also the co-author of the curriculum for basic education in acupuncture addressed to medical professionals.

He was a President of Silesian Chapter and Board member of Polish Acupuncture Association between 2007 and 2009, and President of the Classical Acupuncture Association between 2010 and 2014.

He practices as an acupuncturist in Compleo, Katowice  and cooperates with the Pain Management Outpatient Clinic in Tychy. He likes sharing his knowledge and experience organizing basic courses  and providing seminars for continuing education at the  Silesian Academy of Acupuncture  –  Compleo. He is also an author of seminars on acupuncture being part of postgraduate studies in management of pain for physicians organized by Colleguim Medicum of Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He is also a lecturer acknowledged abroad, providing courses and lectures during congresses and conferences in Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Israel.

He published articles, book chapters , educational posters, and a book about pulse diagnosis in Chinese Medicine. He cooperates with Dr  Yair Maimon and Rani Ayal in a project of presenting the clinical usage of acupuncture points.
