Just in time for the New Year Resolutions!

Ursula Werneke's book gives its readers the information they need to make up their own minds about how and what they eat and exercise so that they can decide for themselves what combination of food and exercise best suits them as individuals. None of us is perfect and indeed perfectionism can be one of the main barriers to developing habits with which we are at ease, in that it may lead to failure, guilt and weight gain.
